Comfortable, beautiful rooms and big size bathrooms. Location close to the centre square as well as the main church Santo Domingo. For shots visit Berlina, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel in Oaxaca for work, and I was blown away by the overall experience. The location is perfect, being close to the main square and within walking distance of all the sights, restaurants, and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I was also thrilled that the hotel is pet-friendly and offers great amenities. The room, although small, was perfectly equipped and had some lovely extra touches. The value for the basic room was excellent, especially considering the delicious breakfast that was included. I can't wait to return and try out one of the nicer rooms with a bathtub. Definitely worth a visit!

We stayed near the main square and the location was really great. We had easy access to all the main attractions and restaurants in walking distance. Our room was spacious and had a great view. the staff was friendly and attentive, and breakfast was decent. They also offered useful leisure facilities. the walls were thin and we could hear the noise from the other guests in the morning which was annoying.

This hotel is a true luxury destination. the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations and made our stay unforgettable. the Spa & Wellness centre offered a variety of treatments, including a full body massage and beauty treatments. the room advantages were impressive with private facilities and a sun terrace. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided excellent service.
The only minor issue we experienced was the noise level from outside, which was not ideal for sound sleep. However, this was easily resolved by using the provided earplugs.
